Issue with linking my new paypal to my new ebay account

So today , i made a paypal account *stealth* , everything went smoothly. But when i tried to made an ebay business account they said that they can t link my paypal to the eBay account , and later the account got suspended .
I don t know that problem exactly , should i wait a couple days after the creation of ebay account in order to sign up on eBay ?

You need to provide more info for a good analysis. What was your IP? What kind of vcc used, etc

move on and create a new one,and create a normal ebay buyer account they are the same as business
