Paypal limited, document is "Submitted for review" for a month

I refunded a delivered Ebay order by mistake, so the buyer transferred the payment back to me directly in Paypal. My paypal is then temporarily limited because of this transaction:

Provide proof of fulfillment - Completed
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier - Submitted for review

So I submitted documents that they required, three of them were completed, but the receipt has been "Submitted for review" for a whole month now. What should I do? Is there an option to message them?

YOu can try calling them see whats up.

The fact that they received 3 out of 4 is a good sign. Normally they just shut you down.

Id have called them after a week had gone by. A full month is far more than enough for them to have done their review.

There should be a glitch. Your account account will be restored once you call.

Don’t count your eggs before you have them.
Just call in and see what they say.

Prior to the limitation do they already have your ID on file ??
If your ID is real, fingers crossed it is a glitch

Nope I only submitted the ID after the suspension. ID was accepted by the system.
