For some reason I cannot use my funds in pp to pay for anything on eBay. Shipping fees, seller fees, I even tried to buy something and still received an error saying the transaction cannot be completed. I checked my Pp account, there are no restrictions/limitations of any kind in the resolution center. Any insights? TIA.

Yes, SSN is provided on my PP account. The PP account is not stealth, its in my name. I was able to print labels and everything yesterday but today it suddenly stopped working.
The eBay account is a stealth account though, so I'm afraid it might affect the account and thus have been holding back on calling.
I dont think Paypal cares if your Ebay account is a stealth account,there are plenty of sellers who sell outside Ebay and accept payments via Paypal.
if you have SSN ,why dont you just open a cash account,I did that with no problem.
