Johnson & Pham Scare Tactics

I am starting this new thread since I am not able to find anything similar. I have not seen anyone comment on how they resolved and closed the issue. I have received similar email from Johnson & Pham couple of weeks back. I choose not to reply to them. I was wondering did anyone here also choose not to reply anything to them and came out from their scare tactics.

Johnson & Pham is rather infamous for making threats.

The standard advice is simply to stop selling what you are selling, and DO NOT reply to them.

In fact, you should NEVER reply to any legal correspondence, be it by e-mail, or written form without consulting an attorney first.

Thank you for your response. I understand that thousands of others have gone through the same But I am unable to find information on how they got closer on this topic.
