canceling ipburger subscription and save the account for later

I used IPBurger to create ebay and paypal accounts months ago, now ebay is toasted and paypal is still usable so I want to keep it for later. thus, I want to cancel the IP subscription but I am afraid someone might use my IP to create paypal account and get both paypals banned.

I am willing to take the risk I just want to know what are the chances for someone to use used IP to create stealth since everyone is buying IPBurger for stealth and no one would pay for a used VPN for stealth purposes.

Contact the folks at IPBurger and request an IP change so you can use it to create new accounts.
