Hello, masterminds.

I'm planning to buy this Guide Book to create a stealth account but may i know first it will work if im located in Spain but selling in US?

What is better to use VPS or VPN or Proxy Ip(firefox portable)? Can i create "any name" a virtual bank account with virtual card and verify Paypal without any problems?

stealth guide gives guidelines for stealth accounts regardless where you are based.

I would suggest a reliable VPN with Dedicated IP but also proxy will work.

Bank accounts have to be in your name... you definitively need the guide.

If you plan to open a Spain based account you should be fine. Operating a US based account will be very problematic.
Lots of info in the guide so get to reading.
