how much present of credit card with 3D-sercure verified?

i got the merchant account but after the first payment i realized it only accept visa/master cards with 3D-sercure verified because the visa card of my first customer via that merchant account doesnt registered the 3D verification.She tried to verify on visa website but failed.

i was wondering how much persent of credit card without 3D-sercure verified or cant be verified?thank you

You have to tailor your gateway settings. Go to your gate way account and redo your settings. You probably have it set to only accept verified visa cards
