2 try -2 fails ,still trying to open new store,need some help

hello guys ,i make custom shoes and jackets ,i had 3 years old etsy store and it banned coz of copyright issue (naruto sasuke ) .i read most of topics here and they help me really well but tried to open 2 times ,still shops were closed in 2 days.

now here ;
-new products never seen
-new email
-i am planing to use tethering with same laptop ?*?
-another bank card to pay monthly fees , they can see my name?
-i can find another laptop to open store , do i need it really?
-i cant change my internet provider becoz of commitment internet brand.

You need to change your isp so probably switch your router or is a VPN

what about card to pay monthly fees ? it has same name? could it be a trouble ?

First of all you are obliged to use VPN. They already know your IP address.
