Created a stealth paypal account 4 month ago, did a few transactions, everything was fine.
Created a new eBay Stealth account 2 weeks ago, used my new mailbox for address, made a few purchase, everything looked fine. Yesterday, I talked to ebay reps and pretended not knowing how to sell on ebay. ebay Reps recommended me to link my paypal and register a seller account.
So I did follow her instruction, linked my paypal and created a seller account. I did not list any items. The internet was slow. I thought it was wrong. I relinked paypal account 4 or 5 times. Every time it showed successfully but ebay didn't refresh until the last time. (I realized later it was due to slow wifi).
An hour later, my ebay account was suspended. called ebay. Reps asked me to call paypal and verify, then ebay would reinstate.
My last paypal stealth was killed after a call and they found out I was using VPN. This time I used VPN for the first 2 month but later I used a public commercial IP with paypal.
Now, should I trust ebay reps? Should I call paypal? What should I talk with paypal reps?
