Can you change or remove SSN from paypal

you have to create a new Paypal account.
if you want to re-use your bank/credit or debit cards,remove them first before you close the old account

change the SSN on the current paypal. Say If I use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or stolen SSN for a month, then change to a legit SSN or remove the SSN. Am I able to do that?

I haven't tinkered with stolen SSN, etc to comment on this idea.

Last night,I tried online chat to change SSN,and a real person asked me if I want to change the account holder, or just change SSN with the same account holder.
then she transferred me to another team.
You bet they are going to ask questions.
