Etsy shut down my shop!

I have been selling on Etsy for years. Out of nowhere, I receive an e-mail stating that my shop violated their selling regulations and that my shop had been closed. I had $1,000 that had not been deposited into my bank account yet! I have no idea what I violated and people are selling the exact same items that I make on Etsy. The only thing I can guess is that a competitor reported me...

Anyway, at this point, I am done with them. I have been corresponding with them for a few days now to no avail. They asked me for pictures on how I make my items, what type of items I plan to sell in the future, and where I get my supplies from. I provided everything and then this morning they had sent me a message that said they are not changing their decision and they will no longer be responding to me over "this matter". This is the most horrid customer service I've ever encountered. They will deposit my money, won't they?

My question is:

Etsy said my funds would not be deposited into my bank account until March 10, 2020 This is absolutely insane! They will actually give it to me on that date, correct?

I'm just terrified of them keeping my money on products I have already mailed out and not ever being able to get a hold of them. They have no phone number to contact them.

Just like PayPal they hold it for 180 days in case of customer charge backs.

Do you sell anywhere other than etsy? or were you solely reliant on etsy?

Most of this I understand that all online selling platforms enjoying the lack of regulations..

People should do something,.

My account was suspended with no reason. Call center agent hang on the phone on my face after figure out that my shop was suspended even my buying previlgies retrieved.

In the US any retailer have registration must serve, they cannot revoke buying this is against constitution and subject to court action.

or you are selling item you claimed you made when they are not ?

They will deposit your money exactly after 180 days automatically without any questions asked, you can keep calm on that one.

And yes, there is no point in appealing their decision, from 80~ accounts I've successfully reinstated maybe 1 or 2

Actually, I sold only handmade items. 100% handmade with no copyright infringements whatsoever. I believe I was reported by a competitor. I appealed their decision and got my account back.
