anyone got text verification server error last 10 hours or so?

As per the title of the thread. I've been getting only 10 / 1000 the last 3 hits. Anyone else been getting this problem the last 10 hours or so?

Bump, has anyone gotten anything higher than 10 1000?

Ive tried everything, even low quality voip numbers was yielding me 10 1000. I used high quality phone numbers, still 10 1000. Anyone able to create a 500 or 1000 25000 account? Is eBay going through some changes?

the business is normal as usual.
i created multiple accounts just 1 had 10/1K and after few minutes i received the higher limit msg and it was bumped to 500/25K
