^^^I agree with that. I took it that the OP was meaning from the very start of the account. Thus I advised what I advised.
Don't ya love wifi access when you are travelling? I find that it is also easier to make a quick phone call to paypal & tell them that I am going away but might need to use my account from another city & get their help (then I use the chuck-bucket  )
