Best VCC for PayPal Russian

Hi. Need VCC for Russian PP, I used Yandex, but not accepting any more, Qiwi very rare. So need others suggestions, can somebody help?

If you mean a virtual credit card, you can issue it to Sberbank online. I have done this several times.

All prepaid cards such as Qiwi, Yandex or Webmoney do not work anymore. You should use virtual card from real Russian bank. Virtual mastercard from Alfa bank works well. Sberbank and VTB24 work too.
