What type of items were they? What was the suspension for? 5 items starting at $45 each is a little much for a 2 week old account.

Being that the stated reason is specifically MC115, I'd say an address didn't match right or the phone didnt' verify....

Agreed. Sounds like neither account has been created correctly

If that second account was full of ebooks, ebay is none too fond of them. They have to be listed in certain ways or you lose.

100 feedback in 24 hr stands out as abusing ebay for starters

other one only sells eg eyeshadows, looks like someone saw the similarities in old and new accounts

What have you done with the account? Please be specific. Did you turn it into a seller account? Did you link a paypal? ETC.

It wasn's suspended for "no reason". They had something to base the suspension on, even if they won't tell you what it was. You need to figure it out.

Most likely, it was suspended for being linked or for registration info that looked highly suspect.

Check your flag, and if you aren't physically in the United States, put the proper flag on your forum profile, please.

If forever.yz had made it clear that they are in china, I could have easily explained that ebay and PP don't want any business with chinese users. They see through VPN and proxies. Users in china will continue to have problems intermittently.

Forum members who post the wrong flag will get wrong answers.

At first i chosse CN flag and then i found there nearly no chinese in this forum, and i changed the flag.

There are many here from China. But most chinese choose a U.S. flag, which is counter-productive. Answers to most questions are very complex and the actual location of the user does make a difference. The same question will have a different answer based on where the user is PHYSICALLY located AND where they have the account registered. So if we know that a chinese person in china has an account registered to a U.S. address, it's not the same as a person in the U.S. having a U.S. account.

VPN is the cause of your problem. ebay and PP see where you really are anyways, they also see that you are trying to hide that fact by using a VPN. They don't trust people who try to hide. They don't trust people who register accounts in one country when the person is actually from a different country. The second problem is less difficult to deal with than the first problem. When they see a VPN, that spells doom.

You aren't likely going to get your other account back. They already know you lied. Make a new one, register it properly - even if you use a different name - don't use a VPN and don't try to create an account by lying about your country because they can see your real IP and will know you are lying again.

I personally have accounts in 6 different countries. However, each of those accounts has my U.S. address and I always log in from my U.S. IP address. So they trust me.

Thanks again for your patiently reply.
I'm wondering why you register 6 account in 6 different countries?
As i know, eBay user only needs one account also can sales items in 6 different countries.

I have been doing that since before that was possible.

Years ago, we didn't have the option to choose multiple countries. If you wanted to sell in UK, you *had* to create a UK account, etc.

Oh, so that's why you professional on ebay suspension issues. You have so many ebay experience.
If i send a declaration to ebay, do you think ebay will reopen my account?
Or i need to fax my CC Bill and a copy of ID identification after send the declaration.

Do you know what does MC115 NOTICE mean?
As i know, eBay has different notice code for different problems.

You are so kind. Thanks for everything. Have a good day!

MC115 means ebay wants you to give them information about your ID.
They want to see the copy of the CC bill & your ID. ebay asks many people to do this.
