Can I do this in my listing?

I was recently suspended for apparently selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Burberry bikinis. I complained bitterly to Ebay and Burberry.
I have been running a store outside of Ebay which specialises in designer clothing. I have been buying from Burberry for 4 years and selling their items for 4 years.

To get rid of old stock I thought well I will sell it on Ebay. I guess you can imagine my shock when I was told that Burberry had shut down my auctions and Ebay had suspended me for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Err pardon, how can they be ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when I buy directly from Burberry?????

I sent Ebay a rather hash letter and believe it or not, Burberry and Ebay have both contacted me saying they may have made a mistake. Can I send though some pictures so that Burberry can verify the products are authentic.

I have now got an email saying "They are authentic" and are waiting on my "reinstatement sorry letter from Ebay, saying the goods are Authentic and I can sell again" My solicitor wont give up till they send it.

What I now want to know is, can I use that letter from Burberry and Ebay stating that the items are Authentic in my listing to boost sales?

Its nice to stick it up Ebay sometimes :D :D

Modeee the other post about vero wasent a wine fest we or let me say I was stating that I dont think Just the copywright owner takes listings down and that ebay also has a hand and I also belive they are removed because they are reported. this persons listing were removed who knows why? but dont you think burberry would know their product? seems weird the copy wright owner removes authentic items. could it be that possibly a fellow ebayer reported her listings as ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and ebay removed them? just a possiblity. not a wine fest.

Anotherebayhater, I actually have to agree with you here, I think that my suspension was caused by a person not wanting me to sell on Ebay. I have one particular person who is being very spiteful right now and reporting everything I list. Strangely enough on my second Ebay ID I had the same pics and the same items listed and they weren't removed!
