Someone please help.
I went and got a P.O. Box.
I am following the book's suggestion for debit credit cards.
I input the - - - - information and it keeps saying because of
the patriot act I need to submit additional information before they
will issue the card.
I tried rush
Extra
and Account now.
help please.

I'm not sure The Anti-Founding Fathers Act (an honest name for lying name "The Patriot Act") really makes eBay/PayPal require that.

I heard that it expires again December 2009 and would need to be renewed to stay in effect.

I thought the The Patriot Act retaind only to debit cards not giftcards. Far as i know all debit cards require ssn and matching mailing address or it wont be approved.

alot of the cards I have tried do require add'l info bc of the patriot act

Didn't ebay discontinue using pre-paid gifts cards several months ago?

Dogboy, yes they no longer allow you to turn your eBay into a seller account with most prepaids. However they do let you pay fees with them.
