Etsy suspended officelly

I believe this is a worldwide issue, i've done some digging in fb groups, forums, and people from arab countries, asia, europe have the same problem, accounts deactivated after 24h and all of them open accounts for the first time not even stealth. this probably a security protocol from etsy against fraud as we all know halloween and christmas on the doors. So my advice don't even think to open an account at this time, some serious stuff going on with etsy right now!

I agree, I also have been testing as well and no cigar all shutdown in 24hrs

I can confirm this, new sellers, not stealth, in my own country have been mostly deactivated for no reason. This is so frustating I really need to get one opened for Q4. The rule this whole time is that it's easier to open accounts in pp only countries and maybe they have realized this -.-'

2 days for both accounts. I am applying for real bank-issued credit card and see how it goes

if sales venues will be held responsible for whatever sold on their site,and Etsy is know for handicrafts made by the shopowner or someone employed by the shop owner,it would have to be careful,many items you see on Etsy are made by ALIBABA!
