How similar can my account numbers be?

How similiar can my different stealth account phone numbers be?

Example:

123-456-2336
123-456-2406

Would the above numbers be too "similar" and cause linkage?

Im super paranoid, and with the numbers so similiar they appear to be in the same "block" of numbers. Not sure if safe.

You should be fine as long as nothing is re-used

But if you're already selling similar products, having a 1 off phone number would not look good under a manual review

Getting different numbers is generally easy to do... Probably the smarter option to go with a different area code/number

I wouldn't think that it should be too much of an issue. Its a phone number issued by carriers and carriers are also known to recycle phone numbers.
