Default Any good hosting that will protect me against fa.ke D.M.C.A. takedowns?

I need to find a website hosting service that will not respond to bogus/f.a.ke D.M.C.A. takedown requests. I sell a ton of private label products through third-party marketplaces and unfortunately, every marketplace takes products down even if the claim is completely bogus. None of them will even read what the complaint is about.

Anyways, another a-hole company has gone after all my stores filing these bogus requests even though my company and brands have nothing to do with them.

I know there are hosts out there who will actually defend you against BS takedowns. A recent TF article said EasyDNS was one of them. Has anyone had any experience with these issues or know any other good hosts that will ignore bogus requests? I think most if not all will be outside of the USA which is fine with me.

Places like Et.sy, Shopify, eBid, etc. don't even look at the complaint. They just immediately delete my products. I don't have time for these morons.

Still searching. All I can try right now is EasyDNS and Cloudflare (I see some competitors of mine untouched for months and still indexed in Google/Google Shopping using them). I know there are good hosts out there. Surprised no one here knows anything.

If all these popular sales venues take your items down,I would look for something else to sell.

If you mean webhost, then this should be easy as pie for you to find on a search engine using the right keywords. You should look at Russia and some South American countries.

Finding a host that will not respond to DMCA notices is easy. The hard part is successfully driving traffic to your own website especially if you target one continent while hosting outside of it.

Another thing to worry about is that your pages could be removed from search results if notices aren't effective.

An uphill task for sure but I hope you see it through.

Just curious, if you take all information saying powered by Shopify etc etc away, how does one know your using Shopify to then report it via DMCA?

i use cloudflare. It takes a while for dmca to completely shut you down. I know shopify 3 strikes and they shut you down. Totally flawed system they got going on.

Your main issue isn't so much just the host's the payment processor. Nonetheless, orangewebsite is a decent one but won't care about DMCAs. Search up hosts that don't care about copyright, like hosts that are okay with torrenting, etc. they get a boatload of dmca's.
