doing shipping labels from my older paypal account

if i use my old paypal account from old restricted ebay account to make and pay for shipping labels for shipments from new stealth ebay account, will stealth ebay or stealth paypal accounts be able to track where the shipping label was paid for???

yes,you are going from ebay to Paypal.
unless you are willing to spend more time by going to paypal/shipnow,enter buyer address,buy the label and comeback to Ebay and enter the tracking yourself

YOUR OLD PAYPAL IS LINKED TO YOUR SUSPENDED EBAY ACCOUNT,RIGHT?
whY cant you print labels using your new stealth PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

paypal keeps asking for a credit or debit card to pay for my shipping label, but i'm afraid to add my bank card attached to my bank account i have added to the stealth paypal account, that they might match it up to my name and address.

how are you all paying for your shipping labels after a sale? it is asking for debit or credit card. won't they see my name and address if i add it?
