Angry PayPal is not letting me add my bank account info

whenever I am logged in using my IPBurgerVPN, I log in with my bought credentials for PayPal, once I get in I click to add bank account, PayPal then puts me through security check please click here to show your not a bot I do it twice, after the second time I get blocked it says

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us" on this server.

why is this, and what can I do about it.

seems that IP has been banned.

I just got a new VPN because of it now my question is if I logged in with the last VPN into my gmail, PayPal, and ebay account, are these now dead? or can I just make a new user account and upload the new VPN and try again with the same credentials?

New VPN doesn't mean that IP is not blacklisted.
IPBurgerVPN is just reseller of big hosting companies, they have no way to guarantee that IP address is really fresh..

Most likely IP has been flagged, try changing the IP or just contact IPBurger i think they will resolve it, i had a similar problem.

I recommend staying in the same user account, just using a new IP (VPN). I say that because you've already created account cookies in your browser. Switching to a brand new browser and using a new IP at the same time is going to look very bad compared to using the same browser you've been using with a new IP.

There's no guarantee you haven't already done irreversible damage to your account by working with a bad IP first, but you shouldn't just trash your account until you know for certain you won't be able to work with it.

Personally I've had accounts where it became necessary to change the dedicated IP used, and it's never caused issues. But I've always made sure to use the same browser each account has always worked on, so the only thing changing is my IP, which could very well be me just traveling with my laptop.

This is the exact answer I was looking for thank you. Ok I will go ahead and try the new vpn IPBurgerVPN gave me a new one to try out. I’ll keep everything else the same, hopefully this account goes through. Thank you for the support, trying to just get this right.

@everyone thanks, as of right now new vpn works. and so does credentials. fingers crossed.
