 Again it happened- Suspension and calling to eBay doesn't help
Again it happened😭 (SUSPENSION) -
new name, new address, new zip code, new card, new IP address, new phone number, new email. The account was created 4 days ago. I didn't even buy a product there.
I called eBay and talked to the agent, did some checking on the account and told me there was a risk in my account and I was risking buyers and that I would go looking for another platform to sell my products there. I asked why and no answer was given.
Detail to note: My main account has been suspended and the PayPal account has been restricted, and I have a DEBT to pay to eBay because they paid for cases for me (I disconnected the PayPal from my eBay). But this new account isn't link so there should be no problem.
What can I do? Pay the debt to eBay can resolve the problem?
