Business account to Cash Account?

I imagine this has already been asked but I am just getting back into things...

I have a business account and I have the EIN, with the four last SSN as my EIN. Everything is fine but I talked to them and was under the impression since I'm a business account I'm already a cash account.

When you go the account details it shows my last four SSN in it. Does adding the last four EIN work for this when converting to Paypal cash? Or does calling in work at all having them manually changing it?

I don't want to risk the account, so I might just leave it be but would be nice to be as real to Paypal as possible.

My lesson is learned. I need to become more active on here again.... so much I need to relearn again.

I have been searching on here and don't see a thread specifically talking about this? Should my account be considered a cash account? It was created in 2017 but haven't had activity since late 2017.

I went threw that same procedure we all do when upgrading to business with DOB and EIN as last four of SS. I do not remember what my DOB was, which is a problem. But when I go to my account it literally shows my SS in there, I don't know why it was not automatically converted to a pp cash account??

Unless everyone has to manually enter in that info again regardless of being a business account?
