MC113 Suspension, need advice

I’ve had my eBay account since 2015, using it mainly for buying, however one day I made the stupid choice of selling windows 10 keys which I sourced elsewhere, even though I was told it was completely fine to sell on eBay by the seller and multiple people. After further research on this forum and others, I discovered it was a high VeRO item and it was not to be sold so after a few hours of selling I closed the listing, but it was too late

I received an email from eBay stating I was suspended and it said MC113 as the subject, it mentioned how i became a harm to the community, etc however it did not mention VeRO in anyway. I have contacted eBay multiple times via phone and live chat but all I received was the same answer that they were uncomfortable with my selling practices and that they cannot disclose any information to why I was suspended.

Also after some research it seems that the MC113 suspension only occurs with new accounts which start selling too fast but I’m not sure...

Note I have never made multiple accounts or stealths


My questions are:

Should I make a stealth or could I simply just make another account with different information?

Was the suspension due to the VeRO item?

And my BIGGEST question is that why is my father who also owns an eBay account is not suspended also? He has an account from 2004 which he has been selling and buying on ever since I was suspended, yet there has been no suspension on his account despite the fact I have heard anyone living in the same house as you will have there account taken.

Yes, create a stealth account. Creating a new account with different information without taking stealth steps will just lead to a suspension within 24 hours if not immediately
Was the suspension due to the VeRO item?Yes, highly likely.

He has an account from 2004 which he has been selling and buying on ever since I was suspended, yet there has been no suspension on his account despite the fact I have heard anyone living in the same house as you will have there account taken.Ebay can see that your father is a different person with different activities to yourself. He is using his account from a different computer with a different set of cookies / history. Ebay/Paypal do not ban on just IP address alone. His account MAY get suspended, it MAY not. Tell him to never access his account using the browser you got suspended on
