I posted a thread about this and this adds to my confusion...
I created my PP account back in 2017. I upgraded it to a business account in 2017. Though I stopped doing sales at end of 2017. I just started using this account again and it does not say "accept money" it says "collect money". Obviously I already gave them my "ss" and "dob" when I upgraded to a business account, I would of thought that would make my account automatically a cash account...
Why did I get this email after confirming my new business checking account? It is like they view my account as cash account and at the same time they don't?
Any advice from USA users with business accounts??
My picture isn't showing up and I don't know how to post a picture on here so here is the email I got....
"Hello (my name),
Your (my bank) bank account x-xxxx was confirmed, and your sending limits were removed.
Your PayPal account is Verified Now that your account is Verified, you can send payments from your bank account even when your PayPal balance is zero.
Verification increases customer trust, so thank you for taking this extra step, and enjoy the benefits of being a Verified PayPal member.
Sincerely,
PayPal
Am I seriously the only one on this forum wondering this? I cannot find a single thread about this
