I got suspended after a past account in late 07 got linked to my current account thru name and financial info (credit card on paypal?) I had 83 positive and 3 negative on previous account - got suspended; created new account and had 104 positive no negative then got suspension notice. Called ebay and had it escalated denied. Anything else I can try? calling back? writing a letter to get my 104 positive account back?

To create a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account,
1) can I use the Simon VISA gift card for the credit card? if not, what are sites where i can get no cost trace free credit card?

2) if i buy something, i have to pay in paypal usually. how do i get it to my address without using my real address? i guess i pay for it with my non traceable VISA card?

3) if i sell something, how do i get paid if I have to get paid thru paypal?

4) can i use my mother in law name and bank account # (she has no credit card) if the address is the same as my address on suspended account; if not how do I have stuff delivered?

5) i have at&t internet which i think is dynamic IP so do I have to check it each time to see if it changes on my home PCs? i also use a community college wifi so i assume that is dynamic IP and should be safe to use

Ok, assuming you are is US, put up your flag asap

reinstatement - depends on why you were suspended, dont write letter, fax reinstatement form and info requested and wait 3 weeks, then move on....

simon card works, many threads give up to date user experiences, have a look

paid, you add a bank account to paypal, or you have other options eg paypal card (but paypal would need to be in real details ), there are other ways of draining a paypal account and there are third party checkout options too, bypass paypal..again look at specific threads,

do not use someone elses bank account, use your own, business and pleasure dont mix.

address same as suspended account and different name should be ok, but better to slightly change address (so post will get there though) or get a box

dynamic ip good, wifi at college not necessarily dynamic youd have to check...

So to make sure I got it right.....

you can create a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account and use your real name, home address and bank account you used on a suspended account so you can pay for things and get things you bought sent to you.

Do that and get suspended again. This time round you need to change things. The game has changed since you joined the forum.
What do you want to do as regards ebay?
Are you going to buy
Are you going to sell
Are you going to do both with the same account
Do you know what 'assume' means? assume and ebay put together mean epic fail.

i had my real name, home address, phone and credit cards on ebay and paypal. paypal account still active.

OK, paypal account attached to a suspended ebay account is linked. Can not and should not be used again.

What you need to do now is step away from the 'old' you and make a new ID. If that ebay account was denied like that, not likely that it will be reinstated. Now you start again.
New name,address info, bank account,paypal AND a computer never used for ebay/paypal B4

You reckon you could do a bit more reading and fine tune what you want to do? Post it here & we'll see if it works.

can the address be different in ebay and paypal? i have 2 use my real address from suspended account on paypal in order to get stuff i bought

no I did not say use your details and bank from suspended account, you need to change the address at least, and have fresh bank account. No the deatils on the ebay and paypal must match.
