strange email from paypal - not existing case

Hello! Yesterday I sent $ from PP acc to bank. Today I checked my pp email - 3 minutes after email "your funds will be on bank acc tomorrow" I got email - paypal case numberXXXXX - there is some problem with your last transaction (sic!)
I checked bank - nothing from paypal. I checked paypal - all looks good, $ are sent, 0 cases or some other problems.
Who had some same or similar experience? What I have expect?

Perhaps a glitch e-mail? I'd wait a few days and see if pp is still in good standing.

You say you looked in the resolution center and saw nothing? possibly a glitch as Rsot mentioned but highly irregular.
Takes a few days for funds to hit the bank so if it doesn't happen give them a call.
You sure the email is legit? not a spoof/scam?

Yes, I looked in resolution center and nothing. I had some $ inside pp acc, and send them without problem, Checked bank - nothing. Checked PP - withdraw completed
