Its my legit account, and have more than 500 feedbacks. Was MC011, then lifted restriction and once again blocked with different reason. The email says:
Our Account Security Specialists will need to confirm certain information with the account owner which should be done real time (live phone call).
Do you know what kind of verification they will ask? Or what questions they will ask? Need to prepare myself to answer properly.

Its not an usa account, so theres no SSN or something like that to track
