MC011 - need help please!

Hi, after coasting along pretty well for over 4 yrs with a couple of accounts, I've now got MC011 on one of them for items not received. The account is still 100% positive feedback but I have sent items out later than I should have. So I got this message:

To appeal this restriction, please review the following guidelines:
-- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items sold on your eBay account.. This may be in the form of feedback left from buyers. If you prefer, you can submit tracking numbers for each of the items posted. This will help show buyers more of your selling history and will also allow us to confirm that your items have been posted.

My question is do ebay want proof of delivery for ALL my items ever sold on ebay? Like 4 years worth. Should I try to chase up feedback from buyers who haven't left any yet?

do you print shipping labels online? using Ebay,Paypal or any paid service
if so,it should be posted in the order details/My Ebay.
not possible to add tracking to all your items,call Ebay and ask .
do you have tracking for that particular item

I'd say 90% of the time I do print postage straight off ebay and if sending overseas I print from paypal, so those items will have tracking. Sometimes I have just used a first class stamp. Lesson learned, won't do that again

I'm not sure if they will even consider removing the restriction even if you can show proof of delivery. This happened to me because one buyer purchased latex gloves from me at the market price of $15.99. Ebay took the listing down. The seller received a notice that the listing has been taken down. Mind you, I have entered the tracking number into the buyers order before the listing got taken down. But I understand where the buyer is coming from. The problem is, the buyer became uncooperative even after receiving the items and didn't even bother to cancel the cases he reported. That's when I felt like it was intentional. Ebay then took "closed" the cases BUT did not remove the MC011 restrictions. It is so hard to get a hold of them now due to the limited hours for COVID19. Is there anything else I can do?
