1) new accounts can't really sell electronics, only something really low-risk like generic household items
2) subscriptions are high-risk, and need a bit developed account (some low-risk buys and sales and few months old)
3) you need to be 100% separated from all the old accounts - new EVERYTHING is needed to be safe. Read a stealth guide to get some info about how it all works
4) and you still will be banned, sooner or later, virtual goods always cause permlimit
