Suspended, listings restored

Hi all I have been suspended from eBay for about 2 months now due to a listing I had and there was no coming back, but completely out of the blue today I received an email stating:

Your eBay listing has been restored


Hello ___,
We have restored the following listing:
(The name of the listing I was suspended for)


It now appears as an ended item.

To relist your item, click the "Relist" link in the listing. The listing will restart automatically.

If there were any bidders for your item, we emailed them to let them know the listing for Item number (item number)
was removed in error. We've also explained how they can find your item again if you relist it.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

My face actually lit up when seeing this but after checking my account I was still suspended, what does this mean, should I contact eBay if so what should I say? Hopefully there is possibly a way of being unsuspended, any advice will be greatly appreciated..

I feel as if I should be unsuspended though as I imagine it like somebody being convicted of a crime and sent to prison, but later was found that what he did wasn’t illegal so the charges were dropped but despite that he still has to stay in prison. But then again it is eBay I am talking about not the justice system..
