Exclamation Simon Card Activation

I purchased a Simon Card for $20. I got the e-mail confirmation requesting I put in my info to verify and the confirmation code. I did that exactly and then got this:

Please contact Simon Customer Service for assistance. To reach Customer Service please visit the Contact Us page available in the navigation

What does this mean and what # do I call?

Try this number:

1-866-885-6320 . You press ''0'' to be trasnfered to a human. Now the phone seems to go dead, so wait, then you should get connected

Sometimes simons has glitches...

Exclamation Help

Let me just make sure I have this right before I call.

When i went to Simon to open up an account. I used my ==== e-mail to register and then i filled out all my ===== info.

Then when I purchased the card, I used my real info: name address card # phone # etc.

Should I have opened the account with my real e-mail?

Anyways I called that #, they verified my ==== infor. They then gave me 866-305-6236 to have the "purchaser" call that #.......so I am confused as to why.

You should have used 2 real email addresses. It asks for the recipients and the purchaser. Both should be yours and different emails. Are you saying you had the card emailed to a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email address?

Why do people insist on using ⊗⊗⊗⊗! information when buying from a company clearly NOT connected to eBay? There is NO point in using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information when buying from SIMON.

Sure make sure the card details match your eBay account, but when you're actually buying the card use your real information.

Come on..

Aspkin - I used my real info when purchasing. Where the error came in was when I was setting up the account, I used the ==== info. No big deal, Simon Customer Service let the cards go through. LAKEMAN replied to a PM and cleared it up for me. REAL info on the account set up, ===== for the recipient and REAL infor as the purchaser. All Is Good!

OK, got my Simon cards onto my 2 PAYPAL accounts and verified my bank deposits on 2 separate accounts. All good to go. The 2 cards I used for lifting the withdraw limits...does it matter if I used those cards to purchase something and bring them down to a zero balance? Will it have any effect on the PAYPAL account? Thanks

No it won't affect your Paypal account. Yes you can drain the cards.

This just happened to me about 4 minutes ago. I bought a Simon Gift Account with my real name as the purchaser and my stealth info as the recipient. Got the email to activate the card, but it wouldn't accept the info-- it kept saying it was invalid (even though I knew it was accurate b/c I put it all in there!) I called India (the lovely 866 number), who referred me to Indiana (317 area code), who told me to have the purchaser call a number in Fort Lauderdale (954 area code), and the gentleman told me that it was a standard operating procedure for the purchaser to confirm verbally. I haven't checked my voicemails in a couple days, but lo and behold, the 954 # called me yesterday for that same exact reason. The gentleman said that the card would be free and clear to activate immediately.

In a few minutes, I'll go back in and activate it! I will report back if it doesn't work out as planned.

I ran my card i ordered online down to $0.00 buying coffee..and i went to recharge it to find out i could not recharge the VISA Simon card. I then went to get a new one from the mall and they only give out AMEX ones. I bought one and i am trying to get it to fix my account that was flagged for verification.

Soo...are these new amex simon cards still working to verify paypal? I've tried to find the info myself, but haven't found a recent enough post to be sure. Thanks!
