Im in asia and my phone's IP still shows as tmobile USA. Can I tether and this shows up as an US IP address?

What? This allows you to share your phones internet your computer for free. But if you didnt realize that you probably wont have success setting this up.

Put your phone in airplane mode. then turn on the phone then your ip address will change
