ebay suspended me for the 2nd time in a week, it says "system error"

I have been suspended for the 2nd time in 1 week, this last email is says the 1st reinstatement was a "system error" has anyone ever heard of this and what does that mean?, suspension forever?

I read it and I cannot see anywhere how it ssays to create a paypal account without being caught?

It's a hard question to answer with limited information. Did you follow the guide 100%? Did you list anything, and what? How much? What excuse did eBay give you for the suspension?

Usually when you're banned this fast it's due to being linked to a suspended account. You may have missed a step somewhere, or unknowingly tripped something to link your accounts.

Yes it was, ebay said I was linked to a suspended account, my old one, was it because my address is the same?

also I have cable internet, if I unplug my modem for a minute or so and then plug it back up doesnt it change my IP address? or how can I check on my computer too see?

Oh I see. Yes if you don't change your Ip address, delete you browser cookies, use bogus information, etc etc eBay will continue to link your account to your old suspended accounts. Read my guide for more details on this.

I have two computers, both are hooked up to the same cable internet connection however one has 1-ip address that shows the city I live in, the other computer shows a ip address for a city 20 miles from me, how is that?
