i want to buy Premium Dedicated Residential Proxy to creat stealthy paypal accounts.

e.g. i bought 50 Premium Dedicated Residential Proxy ips, create 50 chromes. then create 50 stealty paypal accounts per google accounts and per ip.

is it safe for all paypal accounts?

any suggestion?

just make sure your chrome setups arent bleeding cookies.

Seems like overkill, any Fresh IP would do. In fact, a Fresh IP would be better since the Residential IP has definitely been used by somebody and may be already linked to an ebay account

yes this works for now even without premium proxies. if pp ever decide to up their security they could link you by your fingerprint.
