Overseas account - how do I verify?

I was wondering if anyone could help.

Originally from the UK, I recently moved to Australia. I kept my UK bank account open as I still had direct debits coming out each month. And I use the account to purchase things online here as it is cheaper.

Last week I rediscovered eBay and set up an account along with, of course, a PayPal account.

As I am living in Oz my eBay account has my current shipping address and I set up my PayPal account with my card billing details, my family's UK address.

A couple of hours into buying on eBay i was given a PayPal limitation and was asked for my bank account details. I supplied this and have so far verified it on PayPal. Now it is asking me to verify my Oz address, which I can do BUT it won't be the same as the bank details. And PayPal also want to verify my UK phone number, but evidenly I am not there.

Any way I can resolve these limitations?

Bit confusing, I am thinking paypal thinks you are in UK and want to verify your number, but ebay thinks you are in Oz and therefore this has triggered an automatic limitation, because your details dont match each other.

ok, the paypal and ebay attached must match addresses, so i assume you want to go for the Oz address, if so you need a new Oz bank account, but you have now verified the Uk bank account!

Let us know what country address do you want to go for, and we can go from there. I suggest Oz for all sorts of reasons, but it will need a new Oz bank account and phone number. Also I assume you are registered on ebay UK right? Its a mess but can be straightened out hopefully
