How does paypal know my ebay account?

To be clearer, I mean when I link my ebay to paypal, paypal knows me by ebay email or is there a specific ebay account number? Because whenever I link my ebay to my newly opened PayPal accounts paypal limits it in a few hours. So if it knows it by email I will change my ebay email.

Nope, not merely just the email.
They can link to a lot of factors, like name, address, card, phone number, IP Address, and more. If any of those mentioned is used with other accounts, they will be easily linked.

some said there is an internal number assigned to our Ebay and Paypal account.
you need to pair your new Paypal account to a new Ebay account

I already linked my old eBay to my new paypal shall I unlink them? I haven't got any payments yet though

I have an eBay account that was suspended and the PayPal account wasn’t. Is it safe to use a new PayPal account that’s a business one even though I used it on the same computer? Never linked the business account to eBay.

It will work, for how long, that is the question. Sometimes works a long time, sometimes doesn't. It's random.

Just connect the new PP to the old Ebay and got sale confirmed. Will wait couple of days to see if it will get suspended before I countinue listing products and getting funds on it. Will let you know about the updates. I believe that one receiving funds will be pretty much enought since they are waiting to do right this now.

Please update the results, I am also in the same situation both my personal and business paypal accounts are permanertly limited, I am planning to use a new paypal account to connect to ebay
