eBay & PayPal Name Mismatch

My eBay account with my real name got suspended permanently. If I make a new paypal, using my real name, or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (nick name) with real SSN, will I be able to create an ebay with the ⊗⊗⊗⊗/nick name and use this account without it being linked.

If i use my real name for a second paypal account will ebay link the new paypal with my old one by name, even if everything on the ebay account is separate, Name, Address, phone number, IP, etc?

Or should i use a nickname, with EIN?
