On shopify, yes you shouldn't have issues until you are doing like 100k+ a year in sales.

On ebay, no. Issues can start right when you get on the platform.

a new paypal can take 100k+ a year, 9k a month, 300 a day without any limit like ask tracking number, photo id etc?
