Anyone see this before:

Looks like I'm limited. When I call paypal they never connect me to an agent and but I did send them an email last night. Hopefully I get a response soon.

You need to verify the account as you have gone over the limits, one easy way is to make the PayPal account a business one and create a LLC and apply for a EIN number with the IRS.

You would have have had plenty of warning before you got limited.

If you can not verify or create a business account then this PayPal account is toast.

Try paypal chat, I've had success getting through to agents that way.

I do not think you are calling the paypal USA number. I still spoke with an agent yesterday.

I've found the correct number. Thank you. I'm currently trying to get this mess sorted out. I'm on hold right now with a pay pal agent. Will update after I get off of call.

Thanks. Well Pay pal said that I would need to submit id and a credit card statement and then it would take a 24-72 hour review for an answer on reinstatement... bummer. The rep said I was linked to an old inactive account. (I smell b.s.) Even if I can find someone to "get creative" for me they will probably just keep it limited.

I find its worth taking the effort to give the info they require, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain. I also give it a day and call back and ask if they have received everything OK and then they usually look at it and if fine they will lift the limitation there and then.
