Default Hello!!

Whats up, I bought the ebook and have been reading it over and over, this site answers questions and provides solutions to me that otherwise would have taken me 1000 years to figure out. I was first suspended from paypal about 6 years ago, yes 6 YEARS I havent been able to do a damn thing on ebay. My account was linked to my brothers account which automatically shut me down.

Apparently I wasnt shut down on ebay though but I was brainwashed into thinking I NEED paypal for ebay. I have recently used moneybookers with my acct but got shut down on my first auction because of a trademark violation.

I have now purchased a stealth acct but I was wondering if I could keep my high speed internet AND have dial-up. Is that possible?? I really dont want to give up my cable.

Same thing I've been wondering but I don't think it's possible if you really think about your phone line and stuff. I have cable too, what I'm going to do is just buy a Linksys router and replace my Apple router with it since it's way easier to constantly change IPs on a Linsys router!

Yes, change your cable IP address.

Go here first to check your Ip address: IP Burger - What is my IP Address? Find Your IP Address!

Then go here to figure out a way to change your IP address: http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ip-address/

easy..

I did it! I just used my ibook and turned the airport off, then set it up with AOL dial up! Works just fine and I still have cable on my PC!

Hmmm...Can you elaborate please? What internet/service provider do you have? and is your phone wire connected to the back of a modem?
(For example:Optimum Online/Optimum voice)

I don't think you're connected by dial up.. it seems since you turned off your router, you were giving a new IP because of the different mac addresses..

So you did change your IP.. which is fine.. but you're not on dial up.

No, I have a PC and a laptop. I turned off the wireless connection to my laptop and connected it with dial up. Like I said, I tested the IP 20-30 times and its different. My PC on the other hand is connected through cable and has a dynamic IP which changes every 7-10 days. I will not use my PC for any of my buisiness reasons.
