i have had a stealth eBay/paypal account without any issues. suddenly the account that i had linked seems to have been unlinked! Have tried reading but every time it say the following "We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later"
Tried numerous times with no luck.
Any suggestions?

Chances are it will still want to send a code to the old number if you do that. You can add a new number, delete the old one and try again in a weeks time.

Biggest hassle if you don't have the old number. I removed the old number as the bank was removed and needed a text to confirm. It's been 3 months and I still cannot add a new bank even though I added a new pay as you go sim.
When i tried speaking to the rep, they started asking public DB Q's.
IF you are going to add new number so it will never work.need 90 days for new number.

What do you mean? You're saying when you add a bank, PayPal check whether the address of the bank account is the same as the PP one? That doesn't make sense whatsoever, they don't have the facility to confirm that information.
So do i add new number and delete old number and wait for three months. In the meantime can i transfer funds to another PayPal account? As this seems the only way to withdraw funds
