Newly created accounts permanently suspended after first listing

Everytime I make a new account and create a listing my Ebay account gets suspended and then I call and then they tell me the suspension is permanent. It's not like it with every account it's like 3 out of 5 accounts are permanently suspended. Is my listing price too high? I have it at 400$

Definitely too high for a first listing, aim for very low-ticket items with values under $20.

After the account gets suspended and I get it back can I change it to 400$

IF you do manage to get a suspended account reinstated I would give the account a bit of time to age before listing higher value items.

eBay is still closely monitoring your account even after they reinstate a suspension. So, don’t move too fast too quickly, browse for random things, watch stuff and maybe even bid or make purchases.

I would normally say don’t bother with a suspended brand new account as they’ll most likely suspend it again. However, if you really want to then just go slow and act like “a normal person.”

That's a high price for sure, but we also don't know what you have done to make the accounts. So some of that might play a factor as well.

$400 is way way way too high

Plus you are going to have held funds for your first sales, start slow and grow
