Huh? Why wouldn't they take your Card??

If you have been able to make purchases and it still hasn't changed, depending on the source you should still be able to .

So it'll either be from the balance or eCheck from bank

confirming your credit card is nothing new,
if someone pays you with his cc,it takes at least 24-48 hours for Paypal to get his money,but if you give Paypal your credit card,you have immediate availability with the payment $$,it has always been like this.
PAYPAL in fact is advancing the money to you.
There are other reasons as well to have your cc,

Well the unresolved problem to me is the physical address...the more people like you open honest treads like this the better we get at it ...we shall get together and open a class-action lawsuit against eBay as corporate greed mofo...putting economic sanctions learned hard from the government against their own people

the solution i see with paypal is to request a debit card from them...2 problems...1 ⊗⊗⊗⊗ everything 2 delivery address if approved....lets talk solutions here

It looks like he has a prepaid VISA card,Paypal wants a credit card .
do you have a credit card which has not been linked to another Paypal account,Paypal cannot verify the name on the card,but I am afraid it would do an addRess check AVS
