Hey, i bought a fully verified paypal account with a vcc and a working bank account.
What should I do to secure my account so my buyer wouldn't have the ability to do whatever he wants.
Changed mail, PayPal, movocash password.
What can i do about the vcc details? He can just use the card online after i withdraw money the the bank account.

So you bought it from a shady source... I hope you realize that what you did is very risky.

There isn't many places at all that actually offers a good ebay / PP account you know.
Most places are scams or they deliver garbage quality accounts.

To answer your question as everyone else here have said it, you aren't in control.

For starters you should only buy accounts from a reputable source.

Changing email, password and the phone number on the accounts will suffice for the most part, but I wouldn't recommend leaving too much money in the account.

It seems you dont trust this seller whatsoever, no idea why you decided to purchase from them.
