Hi everyone.

In these days I see that they change release payment pratice?
Now can\t get pyment earler than 21 days? Or I bad understand everything?
Possible get money faster? If yes, How?

I haven't seen any changes in that. You simply upload tracking and get positive feedback or have a tracking that showed delivered.

There are instances money is not released before the 21 day hold, but that's normal.

WHAT IS the item?
3 days after tracking shows delivered,it would be released if it is not a high risk item.

I see that email incoming emai lchanged once you received payment and no release after it shows delivered... I see release date only after 21days

check tracking information.
if it has 'delivered', contact PP to apply release payment.
but all depending on what's item you have sold.

I am thinking of starting a service here selling tracking for Europe regions.
So if the buyer you got the money from is from Europe, I could create a
real tracking you could add to the payment to reduce the 21day Hold
and win possible chargebacks.

same here, I haven't seen any change in this.
You have also the possibility to ask your customer to "CONFIRM" the receipt at his/her end, thus the payment might be released faster if not instantly.
