Prepaid Virtual VISA Cards by EntroPay

I want to create an ebay and Paypal account, if i sign up to the Prepaid Virtual VISA Cards by EntroPay, do i need to sort out any other banking stuff or should the entropay account be sufficient?

You will need bank account(s) that allow Direct Debit.

What you do is use entropay to create paypal account then add bank account to fully verify the paypal. THen link paypal to the ebay

If i already have a bank account, however, have used this bank account for a previous account can i use it again, as long as i get a entropay virtual card?
