Hi, I'll keep this simple. I received a payment through my personal PayPal and it is asking for identity verification. I made the account when I was under 18 (just recently turned 18).

My problem is when it comes to address verification. It's asking for a utility bill or a bank statement. I'm still in high school, so for example the utility bills do not have my name on them, they belong to my mother.

How would I go about the verification? Should I just use the papers regardless because I really do live there?

For your first question, i think you wouldnt have a problem with ID

For proof of address you can either tell paypal it belongs to your mother and risk the outcome OR you can simply edit your name on the proof of address. Am sure the latter option is better.
