I bought a stealth account from the recommended account shop and it includes a stealth paypal however they are saying that the paypal is ONLY for withdrawal purposes and not for paying fees and eBay upgrades. Now my question is what is the purpose of the stealth paypal if I won't link it to my eBay Stealth account and what other options do I have in paying fees? Looking forward to your kind suggestions.

Alternatively, you can use a cc to pay
I am using a stealth ebay account with a different name- if I will be using cc to pay can I use my own cc with my own name on it? it is on one time payment method on ebay?
